The Privacy Policy defines FireBost’s policy regarding the processing of Users’ Personal Data when they use the Website, as well as information about the requirements implemented to protect Users’ personal data.

Policy Actions

By accessing the Website, User agrees to FireBost’s terms of data processing described in this Policy. If the User does not agree to such terms, the use of the Website shall be terminated. 2.2.

The Policy may be changed by FireBost. The modified Policy shall be posted on the Resource. By using the Resource after the Policy has been amended, User agrees to the amended terms of Data processing.

Purpose and Conditions of Processing

  • Data collected through metrics programs;
  • User device information;
  • cookies, user ID, resource usage data;
  • Network address.

Data processing methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

The term of processing and storage of Data: until the purpose of processing is achieved, until the expiry of consent or until withdrawal of consent (if there are no other grounds for processing such Data), whichever event occurs first.

FireBost undertakes to ensure the recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction of Users’ personal data using databases located in the U.S.

Basis of processing

User has the right to:

  • Receive information relating to the processing of his Data;
  • Require FireBost to clarify his Data, block or destroy it if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of its processing;
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of your Data by submitting a written request to FireBost;

The legal basis for FireBost’s processing of Data are, inter alia:

  • Receive information relating to the processing of their Data;
  • Demand that FireBost clarify, block or destroy his/her Data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
  • Withdraw your consent to the processing of your Data by submitting a written request to FireBost;

Terms of Use of Cookies

FireBost uses cookies (small pieces of data about past visits). By agreeing to the terms of data processing set forth in this Policy, the User agrees, among other things, to the processing of cookies for the above purpose. The User can view the validity period of cookies, as well as prohibit their storage in the settings of his browser.

Destruction procedure

The Data shall be destroyed by FireBost, in particular if the purpose of the processing is achieved or if the User’s consent to its processing is withdrawn (and there are no other grounds for processing such Data), or if it is discovered that the Data is being processed unlawfully.

If the purpose of Data processing is achieved, FireBost shall cease to process the Data and shall destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date the purpose of processing is achieved. If the User withdraws their consent to the processing of their Data, FireBost shall stop processing them and, if the preservation of the Data is no longer required for the purpose of processing, shall destroy them within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of the said withdrawal.

If FireBost detects unlawful processing of Personal Data by FireBost, FireBost shall cease such processing within a period not exceeding 3 business days from the date of such detection. If it is impossible to ensure the lawfulness of such processing, FireBost shall destroy such Data within a period not exceeding 10 business days from the date of detection of the unlawful processing. At the same time, FireBost shall notify the User of the elimination of such violations or the destruction of the Data.

FireBost is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of Users’ personal data.

FireBost shall ensure the security of Users’ personal data through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures.

Otherwise

The User shall be responsible for the legality of the provision, relevance and accuracy of the User’s and other persons’ personal data which the User provides to FireBost.
